Registration
If you are presenting a paper, poster, or involved in a panel/roundtable session:
- Please use the online registration form found at http://www.thepgs.org/event-2260105/Registration by October 23, 2016. If an MSD attendee, please choose AAG-MSD Participant.
- Fill in the Registration Form and include your abstract (cut and paste), paper title, etc. Choose the events you wish to attend.
- Pay either online or via an invoice. Make checks payable to the Pennsylvania Geographical Society.
If you are attending the conference but not presenting a paper, poster, or involved in a panel/roundtable session:

If you are submitting a paper for the student paper competition:
- Email your title and an abstract (not exceeding 250 words) to Dr. Joan Welch at JWelch@wcupa.edu AND Dr. Pankaj Lal at lalp@mail.montclair.edu by October 20, 2016.
- Please use the online registration form found at http://www.thepgs.org/event-2260105/Registration by October 20, 2016. Be sure to check the student paper competition.
- Fill in the Registration Form and include your abstract (cut and paste), paper title, etc. Choose the events you wish to attend.
- Pay either online or via an invoice. Make checks payable to the Pennsylvania Geographical Society.
- Write “Student Paper Submitted” on the lower left side of the check if paying by invoice, and it will be refunded after you have presented the paper at the conference.
Credit cards ARE being accepted for advanced registration. There are no refunds after September 25, 2016.
